Things to Bring to Conference

Pin Swap

Be sure to have your state or school pin or other small trade item for our pin swap on Thursday evening. Before the dance begins, we will have a traditional pin swap and icebreakers.

Door Prizes

We would like each club to bring a small door prize that represents their school or state to be handed out a door prizes and trivia prizes during the conference.

National Dues

Please remember to pay your national dues at the conference and to fill out the Club Establishment guidelines form online (available fall 2007). More information on this will be provided by the National Business Manager closer to conference time.

Clothing for Conference

Please see our clothing and attire recommendations for more information. Dress warmly!!!

Registration and Hotel Check-in

Registration will begin at noon on Thursday. Hotel check-in will not be until 3:00pm, so visit our career and graduate school fair if you arrive early. Please remember to check-out of your hotel rooms by 11:00am on Sunday morning, unless you have made other arrangements with the conference planning committee.
